    Melissadata.com is a great way to validate an address: http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/index.htm [you can create an account to see who the most current person is registered here. Obviously this is NOT confirmation of who is the current resident. Just another possible piece to the puzzle]. It also has a great feature that allows you to put in a house number with a zip code and get the name of the streets in that zip code with that number. Did you ever get a voicemail with a location only to not be able to understand the street name? It happens to me all the time but if you can understand the house number and zip you may still be able to figure it out! Check out: http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/zipnumber.asp
